556 1,2,3 bed apartments and 2 & 3 bed duplexes at Waterhouse Gardens. This prestigious development has been built on what was the famous Boddingtons Brewery site and has brought much needed homes and commercial spaces to the area. Just 2 minutes away from the AO arena, and a little further to Victoria train station, this development is in a prime location and we are very proud to have played a small part in bringing it to life.
2024
2024 has certainly been busy – we have completed 4 projects over the course of the year.
First across the line was Derwent Street in January. A 160 – 1 & 2 bed unit 16 storey tower on the edge of the city centre, this was closely followed in March by Victoria House, a 23 storey, 177 – 1, 2 & 3 bed unit development in the Ancoats area of Manchester. We had teams on both sites installing all the mechanical works to the apartments on the projects.
In September our team left the Castle Irwell site in Salford after being there almost continually since we started the first phase back in March 2021. We have undertaken all the plumbing works to 367 – 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes. The transformation of this area is amazing and we are very proud to have played a part in it.
Finally, we have completed the mechanical fit outs to the apartments and penthouses at Viadux, a landmark 39 storey development just off Deansgate in Manchester city centre. A prestigious address with a build and facilities to match.
2023
We delivered the domestic mechanical works to the 290 unit Anchorage Gateway project, now renamed as Eda Salford Quays
2022
Fifty5ive Queen Street, a 219 unit development in Salford, Manchester, was completed this year. The development complements the Greengate area where we previously completed works at Local Blackfriars back in 2019.
2021
We completed our mechanical works to 354 properties at No.1 Old Trafford. A great development in a prestigious location, with absolutely fantastic views of the surrounding area. A great project to be involved in.
2020
As 2020 drew to a close, it saw Excel PHG complete the domestic mechanical fit out to 90 apartments at the Insignia development, located in Manchester’s new Civic Quarter. A great end to a challenging year.

Completed domestic mechanical fit out to 273 properties at the Burlington Square development, Manchester. This popular development was fully sold before the build completed.
2020
Excel PHG completed the domestic mechanical fit out to 399 properties at the Local Crescent development, Salford. Not only apartments but a number of townhouses too. In addition to the domestic property fit outs, we completed the shower areas surrounding the communal pool area, changing area facilities and the disabled accessible changing facilities.
2019
Completed domestic mechanical fit out to 383 properties at the Local Blackfriars development, Salford.
2018
Completed all plumbing works involved in the restoration and renovation of Grade II listed Black Friar pub in Salford.
